Carols concert “Christmas with peace, in souls and in Ukraine”
The Nativity of Christ heralds love and peace, and little Ukrainian carolers will bring this joy to all!
The emotional voices of Ukrainian children, aged between 4 and 14 years old, who have been cared for by AIDRom this year, and the holy carols will proclaim the Nativity on 16 December 2022. The choirs of Ukrainian refugee children, trained by the AIDRom team, will perform an extraordinary show in Bucharest, Galati, and Iasi, singing traditional carols from Ukraine and Romania, on 16 December 2022.
The carol recital “Christmas with peace, in souls and in Ukraine” held in Bucharest will bring delight to parents and grandparents from Ukraine and representatives of Bucharest City Hall, the Ukrainian Embassy, UNHCR, DGASMB, Sector 2 City Hall, delegates of the Romanian Churches, AIDRom team and volunteers.
Santa Claus will distribute gifts to 60 vulnerable children in Ukraine, with the help of the supporters of this initiative: Mobexpert Foundation, Romanian Rugby Federation, DAGSMB, International Women’s Association (IWA) in Bucharest, Association for Food Collection and Distribution, Children in Distress Foundation, Zurli Gang.
During the ceremony, AIDRom representatives will award Diplomas of Recognition to those who, during this year, supported us to help approximately 30,000 refugees from Ukraine.
