New preparations for the Christmas party: bells for tree decoration
Every Friday, beneficiaries of the project ”Integration of refugees from Ukraine in Romania” get together and make the decorations that will adorn the Christmas tree together with members of the project team. So, on November 10, ten beneficiaries, refugees from Ukraine, painstakingly prepared Christmas bells.
The collaborative and creative atmosphere created a wonderful opportunity for the exchange of experiences and traditions between refugees from Ukraine and our project team. In addition, these activities bring a smile to the faces of the beneficiaries and also contribute to building a united and diverse community that manages to overcome cultural barriers and encourages solidarity.
The “Integration of refugees from Ukraine in Romania” peroject is carried out by AIDRom – the Ecumenical Association of Churches in Romania, with the support of KHK (Kirchen Helfen Kirchen) and its main goal is to support vulnerable migrants, especially from Ukraine, in their process of integration into society Romanian.
