Within the project “EoM – Solidary and inclusive communities for immigrants in Romania” we aim to involve local and central public authorities and institutions in our activities aimed at an attitude of acceptance, solidarity, and tolerance towards immigrants, especially asylum seekers and refugees.
In July 2021, we materialized this course of action by meeting with representatives of the National Agency Against Trafficking of Persons. On this occasion, we discussed collaboration and partnership for a better understanding of the phenomenon of migration and human trafficking.

Within the “EoM – Solidarity and Inclusive Communities for Immigrants in Romania” Project, AIDRom – the Ecumenical Association of Churches in Romania and the Archdiocese of Suceava and Rădăuţi – the Deanery of Rădăuți have concluded a partnership considering the promotion of mechanisms and models of good practice and of inter-institutional cooperation and with the NGO sector, as well as public communication with citizens at the local level, in the field of immigration management and promotion, from a human rights perspective, with an emphasis on the inclusion of immigrants and refugees in local communities. These mechanisms and models of good practice will be publicized in order to be taken over, adapted, and implemented in other areas, regions and counties in Romania.
