
”FAIR CARE – Fair working conditions in Germany for elderly carers from Romania”
The project aims to:
– Small businesses in Baden-Württemberg/Germany to find qualified staff in Romania to compensate for the existing staff shortage.
– Nurses in Romania to get suitable jobs in Baden-Württemberg under fair working conditionse.
The project objectives:
– Building networks of enterprises, working in the field of elderly care, in a region in the area of Baden-Württemberg (an area of 50 km)
– Identification of nurses from Romania who want to work in Germany, who have the chance of an automatic recognition of their educational qualifications.
– Preparing companies to integrate new staff members
– Preparing nurses for life and work in Germany, especially in geriatric care
– Assisting the enterprise and nurses in the integration process
Deployment period:
April 2016 – January 2017
Target Group:
– Up to 20 small and medium-sized enterprises in geriatric care
– 10-20 nurses from Romania to work as nurses for the elderly in Germany
