To gather data on experiences from refugees and migrants directly, WHO and the academic consortium Apart Together, coordinated by Ghent University and the University of Copenhagen, (list of consortium: https://www.aparttogetherstudy.org/researchers.html) is promoting a survey to better understand how these communities have been impacted. The study aims to gain a global perspective on the public health social impacts of the pandemic on refugees and migrants in order to inform the development of effective policies in addressing the needs of these communities on a national, regional and global level.
