Departments
Our structure consists of a General Assembly, a Board of Administration, an Executive Secretary, an Administrative Department (Financial – accounting service and HR service) and three main departments:
The Development and Cooperation Department is taking care of migration and development, managing: asylum seekers, refugees, third-country nationals, multifunctional centers for people at risk in Bucharest, Iași and Timișoara, disaster prevention and response programs,complex social assistance for people at risk (victims of trafficking, violence, etc.), women’s program, social assistance, children at risk, environment and sustainable development.
The Education and Development Department is focusing on advocacy and awareness campaigns amongst youngsters, educational programs, programs for minorities, human rights.
The Inter-religious and Inter-christian Relationships Department is focusing on ecumenical and inter-religious dialogue platform, ecumenical commission, prayer for unity, inter-theological conferences, lay and youth ecumenical formation, promoting the diaconal work..
AIDRom’s team
Our team consiste of over 65 employees, specialists in the field of legal and social assistance, integration experts, psychologists, and intercultural mediators. AIDRom also has a whole network of volunteers, but also a network of inter-institutional partnerships.
